Refund Policy

• Service fees for a stage we have not yet started when you cancel in writing.
• Any amount collected in error or duplicated.
• The permit-stage service fee if your Identità work permit is refused for reasons not caused by false or withheld information from you.

• Third-party charges already paid on your behalf: Malta Skill Pass fees, VFS Global fees, medicals, police report, courier/DHL and translation costs.
• Airline tickets and hotel reservations once issued — those follow the airline or hotel fare rules.
• Work already completed, such as document preparation, employer submission and interview coaching.
• Any case where documents were falsified, an interview was missed without notice, or a candidate withdraws after a permit is issued.

• Send a written request by WhatsApp or at the Owerri office, with your receipts attached.
• We acknowledge within 3 working days and confirm the refundable amount with a breakdown.
• Approved refunds are paid to the bank account of the person who paid, within 14 working days.

Ask for a review by the company director. If we still cannot agree, either party may pursue the dispute under the governing law set out in our Terms of Service.
