• Identity and contact details: full name, phone/WhatsApp number, email, home address.
• Recruitment documents: passport data page, CV, qualifications, references, police report, medical certificate and Skill Pass records.
• Application data: job role applied for, employer offered, permit status, VFS appointment details, travel dates.
• Payment records: amounts paid to the company account, receipts and invoices.
• Website data: enquiry form entries, reviews you submit, referral codes and basic analytics.

• To present your application to vetted Maltese employers and process a work permit with Identità Malta.
• To complete Skill Pass registration, VFS Lagos submissions, flights, hotels and visa filings.
• To keep you updated on your file by WhatsApp, call or email.
• To meet legal, tax and anti-fraud obligations in Nigeria and Malta.

We rely on your consent and on the performance of our service agreement with you. You may withdraw consent at any time, though this may end our ability to process your application.

We only share what is required: the prospective Maltese employer, Identità Malta, VFS Global, airlines and hotels for your bookings, and our professional advisers. We never sell your data or share it for marketing.

Active application files are kept for the duration of the process and for up to five years afterwards for legal and audit purposes. Reviews you publish remain until you ask us to remove them.

Documents are stored in access-controlled systems and shared only with named staff working on your file. We never ask for banking passwords, card PINs or OTPs — see our scam warning page.
