This covers end-to-end placement support from the day you engage us until you are ready to travel: employer matching, document review, Identità work-permit processing support, interview coaching and travel coordination.
Before job application

A 50% commitment fee paid once you are ready for us to submit your application to vetted Maltese employers.
After visa approval

The remaining 50% is due only when your work permit / visa outcome is approved — so our success is tied to yours.
Flexible payment options
If you can pay the full €7,500 before travel, that is the standard rate. If you need to pay half in Nigeria and the remaining half in Malta after you start working, the total fee becomes €9,000 (an additional €1,500). This is paid in monthly installments of €500 while you are already earning in Malta.
Pay half in Nigeria, half in Malta while working
Pay €3,750 before your application is submitted, then settle the remaining €5,250 in Malta through €500 monthly deductions from your salary once you start work. This option carries a €1,500 service surcharge, bringing the total placement fee to €9,000.

Standard upfront fee remains €7,500. The €1,500 surcharge only applies when choosing the Malta installment plan.
Skill Pass fee — paid directly to Malta
The Malta Skill Pass fee is paid directly by the candidate to the Maltese authorities. It is currently about €250 but may change depending on the Maltese authorities' decision.

- Embassy and VFS appointment fees
- Malta Skill Pass fee (about €250, subject to change by the Maltese authorities)
These items are NOT included in the placement fee. They are paid by the candidate directly to the airline, hotel, embassy/VFS and the Maltese authorities. We guide you on timing and amounts, but we never collect these funds on your behalf.
₦100,000 commitment payment at Skill Pass stage
₦100,000
A non-refundable commitment payment of ₦100,000 is paid immediately a candidate begins the Skill Pass process. It confirms your seriousness and covers the professional creation of your CV and reference letters used for the Skill Pass and employer applications.

We do everything possible to prepare you for success. This includes coaching on the questions commonly asked at the VFS centre in Lagos and by the embassy, how to respond confidently, the documents you need, proof-of-funds guidance and what to expect at every interview stage.
